Terms of Service
Esta página está en inglés. La versión en inglés es la que vale.
Last updated 27 October 2026. These terms are between you and Vijit Vimal Kumar, trading as Wonib (“Wonib”, “we”), A-12, Shivaji Park, Saddu Vidhan Sabha Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492001, India.
1. The agreement
By creating a workspace, signing in, or using the website’s forms, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Wonib for a company, you confirm you may bind it. If you do not agree, do not use Wonib.
2. The service
Wonib makes marketing work (images, copy, posts, videos, presentations, documents and related material) from the brands and briefs you give it, checks the work against those brands, and lets you store, share and export it. We may change features with notice; we will not remove a feature you pay for without 30 days’ notice and a fair alternative.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in private and tell us at once if you think it has been used by someone else. You are responsible for what is done in your workspace by people you invite. Workspace owners may add, remove and limit members.
4. Your brands and content
You keep all rights to the brands, files and briefs you give Wonib, and you own the work Wonib makes for you. You give us only the licence needed to make, store, show and export that work for you. You confirm you have the rights to every brand, logo, typeface, photograph and text you add, and that nothing you add infringes anyone’s rights or breaks any law. Wonib makes work for you to review: you are responsible for checking it before you publish it, including for accuracy, rights, and the advertising and consumer laws of each market.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Wonib to make material that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonates a person or brand you have no right to represent; to send spam; to break or probe the service or anyone else’s; or to resell Wonib without our written agreement. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, after telling you unless the law or safety forbids it.
6. AI models and third parties
Wonib uses AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic (or your own Claude, Google or Higgsfield accounts where you connect them). Their output can be wrong or resemble other work; Wonib’s checks reduce this but do not remove it. Your use of connected third-party accounts is governed by their terms, and their charges are yours.
7. Plans, payment and allowances
Plans are monthly or yearly, for one person each, in rupees through Razorpay for customers in India, or in dollars through Paddle for customers elsewhere, charged in advance at the start of each period. Paid plans start with a free trial (3 days unless shown otherwise): you add a card or UPI mandate, nothing is charged during the trial, and the first period is charged when it ends unless you cancel before then in the Dashboard; cancelling during the trial ends the paid plan at once, with nothing charged, and your account stays on the free plan. We email you a reminder the day before a trial ends. Outside India your order is placed with Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles the payment, sales tax and VAT, and Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to the purchase. Prices are shown before you pay and include any taxes we are required to charge. Each plan includes allowances for brands, people, images and storage; when an allowance is reached, that use pauses until the next month or an upgrade, and we never bill overage by surprise. The first day of a new workspace is free, with a small allowance. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice; a change applies from your next billing date.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at any time from the Dashboard or by writing to contact@wonib.com; the period already paid, a month or a year, runs to its end and no further charge is made. Fees are not refunded for the unused part of a month or a year, except where we have failed to provide the service or the law requires a refund. You can export your work before you leave, and for 90 days after.
9. Our content
Wonib’s name, mark, software, designs, templates and documentation are ours or our licensors’, and are not licensed to you beyond use of the service. Do not copy, modify or reverse-engineer them.
10. Availability and support
We aim for Wonib to be available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted service; we schedule maintenance outside Indian working hours where we can. Support is by email at contact@wonib.com, with priority response for Pro plans. We may use anonymised usage statistics to improve the service.
11. Warranties and liability
Wonib is provided as it is and as available, without warranties beyond those the law implies and cannot exclude. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you add or publish, from your breach of these terms, or from your use of Wonib in breach of the law, to the extent the law allows.
13. Ending the agreement
You may close your workspace at any time. We may end it with 30 days’ notice, or at once for a serious breach of section 5 or non-payment after 14 days’ reminder. On ending, you may export your work for 90 days, after which it is deleted.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection rights you cannot waive. Before any court action, both of us agree to try to resolve the matter by writing to each other and talking in good faith for 30 days.
15. Changes to these terms
We will email the workspace owner at least 14 days before a change to these terms takes effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance; if you do not accept, you may cancel before the change applies.
